We all cooked chicken. And not just once. Fried, boiled, baked, stuffed. And I was prepared. And not just once. And also fried, cooked... But the stuffing I chicken not stuffed with even once. And you?

Small white beans (I used black eye, it is not necessary to soak. If you have a different variety - soak overnight) boil until tender. The water is not salt.

Smoked sausage (original - chorizo) cut into small pieces.

Chop the onion and garlic.

In a pan pour a tablespoon of olive oil and fry sausages until Golden brown, about 3 minutes. Then add onion, garlic, leaves timina and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Now add the prepared boiled beans. Cook a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.

It was the turn of sun-dried tomatoes. It should be previously cut into pieces. All cook for another minute. Try and add if needed salt and pepper. I did not add sausage and enough salt.

Chicken wash, grate white pepper inside and outside and put it inside the slightly cooled bean-sausage stuffing.

Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, paprika and salt and RUB this mixture in the chicken.

In a deep form, pour 100 ml of water and add 150-200 ml of dry white wine. Put in the form of chicken, hole-filled "plug" a half lemon and tie the legs with cooking string. If the stuffing will remain - not scary, when chicken is cooked, serve it as a side dish.

Cover the form with foil and send in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

During the roasting several times to baste the chicken meat juice. After an hour, remove foil, the resulting sauce to pour in a saucepan. Increase the heat to 220 degrees, turn on the convection to cook the chicken before Browning. Wine-and-meat sauce to boil over high heat until thick. You can add a little lemon juice of baked lemon. Do not overdo it, so that was not too sweet. Note that inside the chicken is already sharp enough to taste sun-dried tomatoes.

Put the chicken on a dish, pour over sauce and serve. My chicken was a little small and the filling did not go inside. I warmed up and put beside the chicken as a garnish. You can also as a side dish to cook steamed vegetables or a salad of fresh vegetables.
