Cheesecake without baking it turns out tender, flavorful and delicious!

The cooking time is indicated without time freezing cheesecake. Cookies grind into crumbs, mix with melted butter.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Soak gelatine 20 g of cold boiled water. Puree mango and sugar mix and add the melted gelatin.

The resulting mass pour on top of frozen cheesecake and put in refrigerator for freezing.
