Description
My youngest son is allergic to cow protein and when the time came to impose cookies, it turned out that we're not allowed biscuits for children and not for children as there is always the contents of cow's milk to a lesser or greater degree. Googling a bit I found on the website Babyblog recipe for such cookies. My son loved it, now I bake constantly. I suggest to you to try!

Cooking
Grind the banana in a blender or thoroughly mash with a fork. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the vegetable oil and mix very well. I must say that I thought the oil too much, but reduce the not tried.
Add to the banana with butter, sugar and salt. Again mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Sift this mixture and add to the banana mass.
To mix the dough to gently and thoroughly to avoid lumps. Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After the required time, remove dough from the refrigerator. Work surface sprinkle a little flour. On it roll the dough not very thin. If you have special cookie cutters to cut out the figures from the test, use them. Trimming can then roll out again and again to cut the figures.
Baking tray lay a parchment paper or foil, and transfer the cut dough. Be sure to pierce the biscuits over the entire surface with a fork or a toothpick, otherwise it will swell.
Place the baking tray in a preheated 200C oven and bake until the cookies are browned. About 15-20 min.
