Clafoutis is a French dessert that combines the features of casseroles and pie. Fruit in a sweet liquid egg dough, similar to pancake, baked in forms for casseroles or quiche. Considered a classic clafoutis with cherries. But I suggest to diversify cranberry clafoutis with berry sauce, especially because there are a lot-a lot tselenkim berries! Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Berry sauce

    10 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Essence

    1 g

  • Butter

  • Salt
