Dessert of plum jelly and white chocolate
A delicious and simple dessert. A great sweet addition to the tea party. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Drain

    400 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    90 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Plum wash.

Cut into slices. Spread on a baking sheet and put in oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.

Take out from the oven and wipe the plums through a sieve.

We have obtained 200 grams of mashed potatoes or a little more.

Heated mashed potatoes, add sugar, bring to a boil.

Add the soy sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg. Proverjaem to simmer for 5 minutes. Add the swollen gelatin, mix well.

Filled in paper forms. Order forms do not unravel, put them in a muffin tin. Allow to cool and refrigerate to harden at least 2 hours. Then pour on top of melted white chocolate, allow the chocolate to harden.
