Cooking
1. Curd RUB through a sieve, cheese on a small grater.
2. Combine and stir well, add the greens, garlic.
3. The resulting mass is formed into 20 balls. In the middle of each put one purified pistachio.
4. Grapes wash, dry and using a thin sharp knife in the middle to make a deep zig-zag cuts around the perimeter.
5. Divide half of the berries and place them in the center of the cheesecake balls. An amuse Bouche is placed on a biscuit "cracker." To serve, Bon appetit!
