Cooking
To provide a product in a bucket of HP, according to the instructions. Select the mode "Dough". If not HP, then: 1. Boil milk and remove from heat. Add the sugar and butter (in this case, the oil can be taken straight from the fridge, keep it at room temperature). Remove the mixture aside and cool to 35-40 degrees. Add yeast, stir and leave for 20 min. 2. Add salt, egg and flour. Knead a soft dough. 3. Put the dough on the table and knead it well: you should get a very elastic, smooth dough.
After the signal HP, spread the dough in a greased bowl, cover with film or package and put in a warm place for about 1 hour (the dough should increase in volume twice)
Divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Do the bagels: roll out each piece of sausage and make a doughnut that good bonding ends.
In a saucepan boil water and dip our bagels for 15-20 seconds.
Take out scald bagels with a slotted spoon and spread on a greased (I used a Teflon Mat, so it does not greased) baking tray, well greased with beaten egg.
Liberally sprinkle the bagels with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 min. Guided by your oven.
