Garlic sausage
I love my family to indulge in home-made sausages. For the holiday I decided to cook garlic ( La variety). The recipe is not complicated, it saves time, which is so lacking in public holidays!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Brown sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    20 ml

To prepare the stuffing.

To prepare soy sauce, paprika, garlic, vinegar, pepper, sugar. Garlic skip through the press.

Mix all the products. To form the sausages and fry in butter on both sides. Put on a dish and serve with vegetables.
