Cakes with meringue and butter cream
Wonderful cakes for those who love meringue!

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

Beat with a mixer the egg whites until soft peak. Continuing to whisk, gradually add the sugar. Beat until forming a stiff peak. If together with sugar to add to proteins cocoa, you get brownies.

Preheat the oven to 120 C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a pastry bag shape on the baking tray 15 x 7 cm in diameter (I could fit only 12). The remaining mass lay on a baking sheet strips.

Bake meringue in oven for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the meringue in it for 1 hour. I was dried meringue at a minimum temperature in the oven on the middle level. The meringue turned out airy and very tender. Stripes meringue smash into small pieces.

For the cream whip the mascarpone with condensed milk.

Received cream brush each disc of meringue. Cake form of three discs of meringue. Boca coat with cream. Decorate cakes delicious meringue and sprinkle with cocoa. I note that the stripes baked meringue enough for decoration only 2 cakes (they need more to do).
