Cake "sweet caramel". This cake I made the other day on his birthday and I dedicate it to my dear Internet friend She (Kleine Hase). A very long time I wanted to cook a cake with protein cream, my favorite. Trying to find that same, forgotten me taste impression from my childhood, I faced the questions: what to take cakes, some cream, what product to use to combined with a protein custard? Reviewing dozens of recipes, I came across this recipe. No overpriced products, it is quite budget, but the taste... divine. A wonderful combination of two types of cakes, from sponge and choux pastry and two creams, caramel, and protein. Prepare and You will not regret it. Recipe taken from the Internet (thanks Bo-rina), slightly altered by me. Do not judge strictly for the decoration of the cake: pastry bag held in hand for the first time.
