Cooking
Preheat the oven to 190C. Line a baking tray baking paper. Mix all dry ingredients except sugar (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt)
Whisk the butter with sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla, again beat well.
Gradually add the dry mixture, knead well, it turns out that kind of dough.
Next, roll balls slightly larger than walnut. I have always 15-16 PCs.
In a bowl pour the sugar and coat each ball. Spread them on a baking tray a few centimetres apart. Put in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 min.
While cookies are in the oven, take our candy, extract them from the wrappers and put into the freezer for 5 minutes. The range of these sweets is huge - with nuts, dairy, dark chocolate and white, pink with white stripes, in the end, your cookies may have a different appearance and additional flavor.
Remove cookies from oven and, while it is very hot, take the candy and pressed in the center of our cookies. As they begin to break down, do not worry, the main thing do not press too hard, the only way to insert the candy. Leave them to cool down for 20-30 minutes. They're pretty dense and not broken. But by the bite of crumbly!
