Green muffins with cheese
Very unusual savoury muffins with spinach. Preparing fast and simple. Recipe partially assembled from the Internet lost and found, castino augmented my imagination)) the Dough itself is very tasty, and the cheese slice inside perfectly complements the taste. By the way, spinach is not strong in these muffins, if someone has something against it))

Ingredients

  • Flour

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate form oil, or put paper liners.

2. Sift flour, mix with baking powder. Add spices.

3. To defrost the spinach. Sauté a few minutes in a skillet or 5 minutes in the steamer (in any case it will be tasty).

4. To put the spinach in a chopper, add the milk. To make puree.

5. Cheese RUB on a grater, Fetaki cut into cubes.

6. Add grated cheese in spinach dry weight. Mix well. There add the egg, yogurt and vegetable oil. Salt. The output should have a smooth green puree.

7. Pour the green puree to the flour. Gently stir until then, until the flour has absorbed moisture.

8. Spread 1 tablespoon of the dough into molds, then carefully put in the center a cube of brine cheese and put on top the remaining dough. Send in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
