Cooking
The beets and potatoes three on a small grater.
Mix with minced meat, egg, salt and pepper.
Fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until it will turn brown. Then close with a lid and tormented on low heat for 7 minutes. During this time, cut onion rings and fry it in vegetable oil.
Serve burgers with fried onions and pickles. Such a delicious side dish. In the absence, I only had fresh cucumbers from the garden:)) Bon appetit!
