Zrazy chicken
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 by user Iren called "chicken Paillard". and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Bread

    50 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Onion

    120 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

Cooking

Soak bread in warm milk.

Chicken fillet mince. Mix with bread, add the parsley, season with salt and pepper and miss again through a meat grinder.
