The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 by user Iren called "chicken Paillard". and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Soak bread in warm milk.
Chicken fillet mince. Mix with bread, add the parsley, season with salt and pepper and miss again through a meat grinder.
Carrots and onions cut into strips and fry in sunflower oil, salt.
Walnuts grind in a blender and mix with the breadcrumbs.
