Cooking

step-0
Just say that this dessert I did another summer at the dacha, so I write how to make a better and more correct photo may not exactly match. Berries, if frozen, first thaw (the juice not drained), fresh just beat with a blender until smooth.
step-1
Gelatin cover with water, allow to swell and dissolve in a water bath.
step-2
Berry puree slightly warm (do not boil!), add the dissolved gelatin, powdered sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
step-3
Let the mixture cool to room temperature and beat with a mixer at high speed until the mixture is white, will not become dense and will not increase in volume. The regular beating with a mixer will take 10-15 minutes, immersed the blender a little faster 5-7min.
step-4
Then you can go two ways. Just put the foam in a bowl or in wine glasses (for example, on a layer of fresh berries or fruit) and put into the refrigerator until firm. And you can pour the mixture into a flat shape for solidification (the form of better pre-pave wax paper) and put into the fridge, without covering, for hours.
step-5
Further, the working surface sprinkled with powdered sugar, put on her frozen mass, cut into cubes, roll in powdered sugar and serve.
step-6
The children liked the uncut version, the taste is something between Turkish delight and marshmallows. Unpretentious and delicious. My apologies for the photo quality, country conditions, and more than 30-degree heat made their adjustments in the execution of the dessert)).
