Cheesecake with strawberry in cream
Strawberry season is in full swing. Enjoy this berry in all its manifestations. Try my cake with cottage cheese and strawberry toppings, cheese chocolate cream and strawberries in cream. Cake baked for my daughter for her birthday.

Ingredients

Prepare the shortbread dough. In a food processor grind into crumbs with the flour and butter, add sugar and sour cream. The dough roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for about half an hour.
