Buckwheat hearts, and mushrooms in pots
The pot is always delicious! I tried to cook buckwheat in them - the result exceeded all expectations.

Ingredients

  • The pie

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    12 Tbsp

  • Celery root

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Hearts boil until almost cooked (I cooked it half an hour after boiling), water should be enough, as the broth is then poured into pots. My water was liter. Broth salt.

Celery cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil (no smell).

Add the mushrooms, cut into strips.

Onion, cut into strips.

Bell pepper, strips.

Squeeze the garlic. Season with a little salt and pepper.

In a pot put the washed buckwheat (3 tablespoons).

Lay out the hearts.

Vegetables with mushrooms.

Cover with the broth. Almost to the top. If broth is not enough, add a little hot boiled water.

Sprinkle with herbs.

Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. To cook to readiness of buckwheat (I've tried, and by the time I turned 30 minutes).

Serve, garnished with parsley.
