Description
On the website there are similar options for cookies, but each differs in any ingredient. And dare I offer my own version. Recipe taken from the magazine "Lisa. Christmas cakes". I do not remember how much time I have this journal.. But regularly, especially on NG take a magazine in hand and begin to conjure in the kitchen... Coconut cookies for the first time tried on this NG. Most interesting is that a few pages from this recipe has a recipe called "Coconut meringue", they differ only in the number of coconut and cinnamon, as well as the presence (or absence) of salt and vanilla sugar...

Cooking
Whisk whites with sugar to stiff foam.
Carefully add vanilla sugar, salt, cinnamon, and coconut flakes. I did without the cinnamon, since I don't like her.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the dough with 2 teaspoons into balls.
Put in a preheated 130 ° C oven for 35-40 minutes.
Cookies cool, then separate from the paper. Alternatively, you can melt some chocolate in a water bath and dip the cookie bottoms into the chocolate. I don't do that because put the cookies in a tin box and store (if it turns out :-) ) up to 2 weeks.
