Spring has arrived, summer is around the corner, it's time to think about the figure, because many of the nearly bags and rushing to the hot edge. Look in the mirror and understand that winter has not passed unnoticed ( ( ( But don't want to drop all the delicious cookies, sweets... And why deny yourself something? Let's make high-calorie cookies in useful and will enjoy, not fearing for the figure.

Grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass of cottage cheese and a banana (it's sweeter than the delicious cookies)
CAUTION!!! Under any circumstances do not try the batter, DELICIOUS! I tried... had to get the cheese out of the fridge and take the last banana that I so lovingly took care of for my husband!
Cereal shred (I do this in a mortar for spices); and can take and ready oatmeal, and add to the dough, stir with a spoon and put in the fridge for 40 minutes.
As time has passed, make the dough into balls (moisten hands slightly, the dough is sticky) and dip them each into the Mac, or nuts, or coconut shavings (I have the poppy seeds and ground hazelnuts). Slightly replusive them, spread on a baking paper and in the oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Enjoy a ready and delicious cookies, not fearing for the figure.
