Curd cupcakes with lemon icing
Tried these cupcakes at a friend's house and fell in love with them! Soft, tender, flavorful! Help yourself and You!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

The dough: separate the yolks from the whites. Beat butter with sugar, add yolks and vanilla, pureed cottage cheese through a sieve, grated on a small grater, lemon zest, baking powder and flour. Proteins vzbit in foam separately and then gently add to the batter. Muffin cups to fill 3/4 batter and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Just apologize, but to this step I have no photos, it got smeared :-(

Glaze: juice of one lemon and 200 grams of icing sugar on slow fire, bring to a boil.

We take out the finished muffins, they will rise in the form.

Spread on a platter and pour glaze while hot. Allow to cool a little and ate. Bon appetit!
