Genoese Focaccia with potatoes
Today is the first time I tried to bake Focaccia. It turned out o-o-o delicious! Already ate 2 pieces while hot. The aroma is awesome and taste too. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Vegetable oil

    75 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    50 g

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel and mash into a puree. The milk is heated to a warm state. Pour the yeast, sugar and stir well. Put the flour heaped in a bowl(sift), pour the milk with yeast, add mashed potatoes,cheese, salt and oil(refined).I also added spices to your taste(pepper, ginger, nutmeg). Knead well elastic, soft and oily dough. Put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 45 min.

Through 45 min. put the dough in the form(what you want), I have round. Flatten with your hands, cover with a towel and let stand for another 45 min.

After 45 min. before baking to make indentations with your fingers all around the Focaccia, sprinkle with more salt and pepper and place in a preheated 220g. the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Lubricate the surface more butter(can be creamy) and eat. As I wrote that gobbled up 2 pieces, though already late(I do not eat after 18...). well, okay. It was worth it. In General, I made a half portion. So who is this Focaccia was not enough you can increase the ingredients by half.
