I tried this fish in the restaurants of different countries, engaged in fishing where the Dorado, but have always been disappointed, remembering how knows how to cook this fish my husband. Only digging in the Internet, I found the Dorado baked with lemon, herbs and vegetables. If you're a fan of fish, you must try the Dorado in this performance. The recipe is pretty simple, but the result just can not please! This is my first published recipe. And I dedicate it to his beloved-prelusion husband!

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. The dough in advance, remove from the freezer to defrost (read what the manufacturer says the test on the packaging).
