Mushroom skewers
Once we have gathered with friends to barbecues. But here's the thing, a couple from our company do not eat meat. What should I do? not to leave friends without a barbecue!!! Here especially for them were invented a variant of skewer of mushrooms, which, incidentally, has not left indifferent any of our comrade, and disappeared faster than the classical "meat" skewers. For the second year as none of our "outing" in nature is not complete without this mushroom snacks. Happy to share the recipe with you. Be sure to try!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    2 tsp

Wash our mushrooms

Onion and garlic RUB on a grater or grind in a blender

To the onions add salt, mayonnaise, vinegar and seasonings. Mix

Fill the mushrooms with the marinade and leave for at least 2 hours. It is best to leave for the night.

Strung mushrooms on skewers, roast on the fire, enjoying the spicy, juicy, flavorful mushrooms!!! BON APPETIT!!!
