Description
Dear sushi-master at our forum suggested a simple method of disposal of the remnants of the ginger, which "can be cut and added to other dishes, for example, in thinly sliced pork, ... it will be something like seguaci" (quoting). What kind of a beast - "seguaci," I thought. Having studied the Internet and found out that "seguaci — thin slices of pork fried with ginger and onions" (unfortunately, detailed recipe I found, but life was able to enjoy this miracle), I resolutely went to the kitchen to experiment. What happened - see for yourself!

Cooking
So, according to initial data, the meat should be cut into thin slices, which I tried to do.
Then the meat must be quickly fried to much heat in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally.
Salt meat should be at the end of cooking. When the meat is flushed, and the juice from him evaporate, I added a handful (about 1 tbsp) finely chopped pickled ginger (I left a bit after Rollo-party :-) ) and a few drops of rice vinegar, quickly mix and put aside in a closed lid pan.
Next, peel a couple of onions, cut into quarter-rings and fry (in a separate bowl) until Golden brown.
Now for the zucchini. I decided to make bachata. ;-) The zucchini thoroughly wash, cut the "butt" and cut each in 4 equal parts.
Now you need to carefully remove the pulp, leaving the bottom. To do this, cut with a knife, the diameter of the barrel, not reaching the bottom. In the middle insert the plug and pull. Voila! ;-) Then you need to salt the zucchini inside.
Fill the zucchini on the bottom, put a slice of tomato (season with salt to taste),
- on top sprinkle a little grated cheese,
and the pieces of meat that need to be expanded so that the middle would have formed deepening.
In this deepening gently break the quail eggs, being careful not to damage the yolk.
Deep baking tray lay with foil, lightly grease it with vegetable oil, put it on our barrels. The top and cover with foil (if your pan is shallow, to make a "roof" of the foil) and put in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
We ate with a salad of celery and fresh vegetables, dressed with sour cream! Bon appetit! Thanks for stopping by!
