Pate of olives
This recipe is my gift to all lovers of olives and Greek cuisine! Preparing for a one-two-three, and pleasures - the sea!

Ingredients

  • Olives

    300 g

  • Pine nuts

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Capers

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    300 g

Cooking

Pate of olives: Place all ingredients in a blender olives, 2 tbsp oil, oregano, pine nuts, garlic, 1 tooth., sun-dried tomatoes, capers 1 tsp and punch 2-3 minutes at high speed.

The Pat is stored in the refrigerator in a sealed glass container, 20 days.

Serve with toasted or pan-fried fresh bread and feta cheese. And, of course, is another recipe-gift: Olive Pat. Olive oil 2 tbsp, almonds, garlic, 1 tooth., capers 1 tsp oregano - in the same way to cook with olive pate.
