Vitamin salad
This salad well, not "male". And we, cute and beautiful, it is very useful. And a lot of vitamins and does not harm the figure, and simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Drain

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Carrots and celery and chop sticks.

Add sliced thin julienne apples and plums.

Add salt, pepper, dried herbs (any you like), mix well.

Make the sauce by adding the yogurt to taste with lemon juice and salt. On a plate pile the salad, top with a few spoonfuls of the sauce. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Bon appetit!!!
