Preserves homemade
Delicious herring. Always do it on the holiday table, very like the guests, is eaten up instantly. And is much cheaper than store-bought preserves.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Herring cut into fillets, completely freeing from the bones

Slice crosswise into pieces

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Herring with onions mix, add mayonnaise. I also add a little black pepper.

Firmly put in a small container (I have a plastic jar), cover and put in refrigerator to soak for a few hours.
