Cooking
Dough (bottom layer): 2 egg yolks, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, 2-3 tbsp. lodges sour cream, soda at the tip of a knife, flour the dough was not very thick. The dough spread in the form and make a small ledge for the next layer. Put in preheated oven and bake until Golden brown.
The cheese (middle layer), 0.5 kg of cottage cheese,1 egg yolk, 2-3 tbsp sour cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons of sugar, a little vanilla, 1 egg white beat until frothy. Curd mix with all the ingredients except protein. Add the protein in last and mix gently. Spread the cheese on the dough and baked again in the oven for 20 minutes
Should get , a vanilla colour, in some places Golden.
Top layer: 2 egg white mix with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Spread the cream gently onto the cheese back in the oven for a few minutes to make it Golden brown
