In our family, this delicious cake traditionally appears on the festive table in honor of his birthday. On this site I found only four recipes that use ground cherries, but this recipe is a bit different in execution. Try it, hope You enjoy! =)

To begin to tell about the most important component of this cake – the cherry. In our city, as probably in any other, the ground cherry can be found in the shop on the shelves next to the spices. Most often it is the production of two companies: 1)"Pripravych": cherry, dried ground (produced in the Novosibirsk region); 2)LLC "taiga company" - cherry dried ground Chikoyskoe (produced in the TRANS-Baikal region).
Carefully divided into different pots eggs on whites and yolks. Thoroughly mix three egg yolks with Cup of sugar.
Beat egg whites in a solid foam
In a saucepan with the mashed yolks, add milk (my Cup holds approximately 220 ml), soda Gasim vinegar, mix all this well.
Add the cherries and stir again.
Stirring gently, pour all the flour.
And, finally, sent to knead the dough beaten egg whites. Dough divided into 2 parts, each of which is baked at 180-190 degrees for 20 minutes (until dry sticks).
While baked cakes, prepare the impregnation. An incomplete glass of boiled water + 3 tablespoons of jam (I currant) on medium heat bring to a boil, remove from heat, drain and slightly cool, add 100 ml of white wine.
Cream cake is very simple – sour cream: sour cream + vanilla (quite a bit) + sugar (to taste)
Hot cakes drenched in a good 10-15 minutes, but can be more. One Korzh grease cream and then put the second cake and also fill with cream.
