Cooking
Mix 3 eggs+2 tablespoons cocoa+100gr. butter or margarine+1 tbsp. flour+0.5 teaspoon of baking soda (to repay vinegar)- it's a sort of watery mass, creamy consistency. Pour in pan or mold and bake at 100-120 degrees until tender (20-30 minutes). After cool it down and cut the crust along as if on two layers.
While baking the cake cook normal porridge (secret-this is the cream)))))3 tbsp semolina+3 tbsp. sugar mix in for example in a glass and add 2 cups (or 0.5 liters)of boiling milk. All the time stir to avoid lumps.You will see how it thickens, remove and let cool (you can add butter and vanilla).
Now coat the cakes, between two chocolate cakes is 2santimetra white cream, and cook the glaze : 4 tablespoons milk +4 tablespoons sugar + 3 tablespoons cocoa in an enamel bowl and mix, put on fire, stir all the time, as you begin to thicken (you will understand it at once)will bubble and gurgle))) Hot pour icing our cake!! (I experimented by adding cocoa cream in the dough, pretty tasty too) have a Nice tea party!!
