Lenten buns
I love baking with cinnamon. The smell of cinnamon filling the house, gives a feeling of comfort and warmth! And from this wonderful pastry can be done not only sweet breads, but also cakes and pies with different fillings! Help yourself)))

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

In a separate bowl, activate the yeast. To the yeast add 1 tablespoon of sugar (of the total) that get crushed until you get a liquid mixture and add a couple of tablespoons of warm water, as well of the total volume. And leave for 5 minutes in a warm place, until foamy cap. In a bowl pour warm water, place the sugar, salt, sieve the flour ( I start with 500 ml), pour the yeast and vegetable oil and start kneading the dough. Gradually we pour the flour. Knead until the dough no longer lag behind the hands. Knead it is necessary not less than 10 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl previously greased with vegetable oil. Remove the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until the increase in volume. Abenaim the dough and leave for another 20-30 minutes. And then it can be cut.

FILLING: mix sugar and cinnamon.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 0.7-1 cm. the Dough grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, leaving one edge free.
