Soup with buckwheat dumplings-buttons
Soup with buckwheat dumplings — a great alternative to the usual nourishing soups. Rich yet lightweight, easy to prepare, it will allow you to diversify the winter menu. The technique of cooking the dumplings taken from the German Housewives.

To prepare the dumplings, we need unground buckwheat TM "Mistral" bags.

In the same oil put chopped into pieces and dried with paper towels the breast, fry until Golden brown, add grated carrots, fry for 1 minute, add thinly sliced potatoes
Pour the meat and vegetables with hot water. Cook until the potatoes are done but not razvivaem it.
In the dough add two tablespoons of buckwheat
The dough should not be very thick, should drain and fall to pieces. If the batter is too thick, add a teaspoon of water.
