The cake turns out sweet, tender and quite high. It is easy to decorate: if creativity no time, you can just draw or write something on the frosting will be a white figure (thanks to the sour cream, which bottom).

Pour the flour, knead the dough
Divide the dough into 4 pieces (you can probably eyes, but I prefer to weigh each lump of dough rolled in flour). Even easier to share, if ever the dough in the fridge for half an hour. From each ball make a cake - I don't suggest to roll because the dough is too soft. Hands across the bottom of the form (I bake in a ceramic pan 24 cm d). As a rule, grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs... a Habit!
Cakes bake at t 200 ℃, until Golden brown, ready cake immediately removed (easy to remove, does not crumble) and go for the next lump of dough in the fridge. The photo shows a raw cake.
Cream: open a jar of sour cream, put a bit of sugar (to be honest, I add sugar "by eye" - about a couple of teaspoons with a slide on a small 200 ml jar), mix and all! This cream! One cake takes me 1маленькая jar of sour cream, a total of four shortcake - 800 grams.
Prepare the glaze. Mix cocoa powder with sugar, pour hot milk, stir well and put on fire. Stirring with a whisk, bring to a boil.
