Pineapple mousse
Tasty dessert for kids and not only... Very easy and quickly prepared, can cope with even novice cooks.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Jelly

    2 pack

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Fruit

Concentrate jelly in two batches, pour 2-2,5 cups of hot water and stir well until dissolved. Add the juice from the pineapple. Total dissolved jelly should be about 400 ml.

Cream prepare as indicated on package: add 200 ml of cold milk and whisk for 3-4 minutes until thick.

Spread the slices of pineapple into bowls. I have them in bowl gently cut into slices, so it was there.

Pour the cooled to room temperature Jell-o into whipped cream and stir gently.

Pour pineapple cooked SMEU and put in refrigerator for 40 minutes .

Frozen mousse gently separate from the walls with the aid of a plastic spatula, then turn over on a plate so the pineapple is on top.
