Description
Recipes stuffed courgettes on the site a lot, but I really liked the sauce. Zucchini stuffed with shrimp, in sauce replaced the vinegar the lemon juice. Maybe the recipe is far from original, but it came out amazingly delicious.

Cooking
Fry in a little oil: onion, carrots, red and green peppers, shrimp, spices to taste; add white wine, when evaporated alcohol, remove from heat. Somehow fixed the initial preparation and final pictures of the process.
Then cut the zucchini the same height and a tea spoon take out the pulp, this process is better done with raw zucchini, boiled it is more difficult to do. Put in a saucepan with boiling salted water, cook 5-10 minutes, take out and cooled.
Stuff and put on baking tray, sprinkle the top with grated cheese (optional), put in oven 180*C for 15-20 minutes.
Sauce: 4 tbsp water + crushed pepper, lemon juice - put on the fire. Boil marinade 5 minutes, then allow to cool. In another bowl put the yolks and a steam bath, add the cooled marinade, whisk until a thick mass (the water in the bowl for steam baths must not touch the dish in which the sauce). Gradually add the oil, still whisking. It turns out lush, creamy mass. Season to taste with salt, spices. No photo, as it churned, not stopping.:-)
Pour the sauce over the zucchini, the sauce is very delicate. *BYE*
