The salad I found in a culinary magazine, which for more than 10 years, and prepared it for the first time, the composition, as the title suggests, simple, even at first had doubts, but how quickly they vanished, when the salad has cooled down and all tried for a family dinner for a change it is very suitable! Cooking
The products required.
Mash the fish with a fork.
Finely chop the onion, carrot grate.
In mayonnaise squeeze the garlic.
In a bowl, mix the fish and rice, cooked according to package instructions.
Onions and carrots to overcook in a frying pan with vegetable oil. And to add to other components, to cool and drain excess oil. Season with salt to taste.
