Salad
Don't know about you, but I sometimes buy salads in cooking. So this salad I bought last week, very much for his not quite normal taste range. Looks very bright, for spring. In addition, very useful.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    100 g

  • Daikon

    100 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

For cooking, take the broccoli. If you, like me, frozen, frozen then put in salted boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then put to drain in a colander, and spilled cold water.

Cut bell pepper strips.

Add sliced thin half-rings daikon.

Put in lettuce, broccoli and halved cherry tomatoes.
