Don't know about you, but I sometimes buy salads in cooking. So this salad I bought last week, very much for his not quite normal taste range. Looks very bright, for spring. In addition, very useful.

Cooking
For cooking, take the broccoli. If you, like me, frozen, frozen then put in salted boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then put to drain in a colander, and spilled cold water.
Add sliced thin half-rings daikon.
Put in lettuce, broccoli and halved cherry tomatoes.
Make a dressing of mayonnaise and soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Stir the vegetables in the salad and pour the sauce. Served chilled. Bon appetit!
