Cooking
Salad to pick.
Sausage cut into ribbons.
For dressing mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice
Season the salad, add the chopped cranberries, finely sliced parsley.
Olives cut into rings.
Add nuts. Salt to taste.
Final touch - freshly ground pepper.
