Cooking
Rice cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
While cooking the rice: cut onion into thin quarter-rings. Pour vinegar, leave to marinate for 15 minutes, then drain the vinegar, onion, lightly dry with paper towel.
Chicken breast boiled and cut into cubes.
Also squid boil and cut into thin strips.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater (you can just crush with a fork).
Prepare the salad dressing: sour cream mixed with mayonnaise.
In a deep bowl put chicken breast, squid, pickled onions, rice, cheese, mix well. Fill the prepared dressing. The salad is ready.
To decorate the salad, the edges of a serving shape, I posted a pic. Now put in the form of salad and squeeze well. Before serving with rice salad: carefully remove the form.
Decorate with salad greens and cherry tomatoes. Bon appetit!
