Cooking
SORRY NO step by STEP PHOTOS, BUT THEY DO SO JUST... NORMAL FOODS is DESIGNED FOR ONE FORM (conventional plastic, which is sold in all stores). I used store-bought cottage cheese and pre-weighed it, that would be glass excess fluid. Beat butter with icing sugar (I use immersion blender), add the cheese and again beat 2 minutes. Cream to warm not boiling (in the microwave or in a water bath). Chocolate finely break. Hot cream add the chocolate, wait a few minutes and mix well, until a homogeneous mass. Allow to cool slightly. A cheesecloth folded in 3-4 layers, wet and lightly squeeze. Lay a gauze a form that the edges of the cheesecloth hanging from the sides. To the curd add the chocolate with the cream and everything is very thoroughly mixed. Put the curd in a form, that there were no voids. Cover with edges of cheesecloth. A form I put in a small colander and then into a bowl. On top put a plate or a plank and cargo. Put into the fridge for 14-18 hours. My Easter was almost day.
In a bowl combine the cheese, butter, sour cream and boiled condensed milk ( NOT tie-dye!!!) all thoroughly beat with a mixer or blender. Add chocolate chips (raisins, candied fruit or anything) again mix everything together and put in a form. Further actions, like chocolate Easter!
