Cooking
Cocoa paste, chop with a knife or grate on a coarse grater.
Pour into a saucepan the milk, add the sugar and vanilla.
Stir gently, heat nearly to boiling. It is important that the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour the prepared cocoa paste.
Over low heat, stirring with a whisk to dissolve the cocoa. Once the cocoa turns into small grains, increase the heat and, continuing the stirring, heating the mass until smooth, literally 20-30 seconds until dissolved cocoa.
And mix the mass with a spoon until homogeneous, glossy cream.
That's all. You can eat the cream and give it to a loved one.
