Cooking

step-0
Start to cook the dough. Mix in separate bowl all the liquid ingredients. 150 g of cottage cheese, 60 g cream, 60 g of vegetable oil odourless, 1 egg. Just mix it with a spoon.
step-1
Mix in another bowl all the dry ingredients for the dough: 300 g flour, 75 g sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt. And begin to gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture... Knead the dough.
step-2
For the cream again, just with a spoon (do not beat), well, you can whisk if you want, mix all the ingredients for the cream: 400 g soft spreadable cheese, 1 egg, 75 g sugar, vanilla (my essence), 2 tbsp of corn starch.
step-3
Roll out the dough (it took me a little add some flour, otherwise stick) and cut out circles. The dough is soft, tears easily - be careful! To circles closed walls of our molds (I have silicone muffin/cupcakes), their diameter should be 2 times longer than their bottom. I have this advice to work - test it and you!
step-4
Insert our slices in tins - do the bottom and sides of our baskets. Just apologize and appearance of my forms - they serve me faithfully for many years, so, alas, is not so presentable, but it is better not yet met - a very successful.
step-5
On the bottom sprinkle the almond flour - about half a teaspoon. If there is no flour - you can grind any nuts! Here, the fineness of the unprincipled.
step-6
Put a teaspoon of jam. I have a homemade strawberry, you can take any favorite.
step-7
And put the cream above the rim of a test below.
step-8
Sent in a preheated 175 degree oven. Bake for about 30 minutes - the edges will brown and cream no - thing! Time to take out.
step-9
Here they are turned out beautiful!
step-10
Razrezik.
step-11
Rapidly decreasing their number, at war, that gave to the picture ;)
step-12
Help yourself! All enjoy your tea!
