Semi-rice mixed with mince, egg, herbs, salt and add spices. Dazzle them balls and put them into a form that greased.

Pour hedgehogs sauce. Sauce: mix tomato paste and mayonnaise in equal proportions, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, a cheese sauce for spice, I added some more white wine. Each hedgehog to put on a small piece of butter.

Bake in the oven at 180*C for about 40 minutes, occasionally basting the top hedgehogs the resulting gravy. For 5 minutes put on top of slices of cheese hedgehogs. I put only half hedgehogs, as my husband does not like cheese :- (
