Cooking
My zucchini, cut into half rings thickness of about 1 cm
Make a marinade. Grate the ginger root on a fine grater, grind the garlic with chesnokodavilke.
Take soy sauce TM Kikkoman (2 tbsp), olive oil (2 tbsp), grated ginger, chopped garlic, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers. Mix everything.
Pour the marinade zucchini and marinate for 30 minutes.
Put the zucchini on the grill grill, fry 1-2 minutes on each side.
At home, put on a dry griddle pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Zucchini should remain crisp. Put fried zucchini in a bowl.
Make the dressing. Combine the French mustard with grains, olive oil (2 tbsp), red Cayenne pepper, honey.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Mix everything.
Pour the hot dressing zucchini grilled.
On top put the slices of ricotta. If you do not, you can make your own recipe on the website. Sprinkle on top of your favorite chopped greens, for me, is the most preferred cilantro. Also it fits mint. A snack can be served immediately, as a separate dish or meat, grilled poultry. Bon appétit and happy holidays!
