Cooking
Parade of ingredients. The chickpeas soak in cold water overnight. In the morning boil. Lentils cook without soaking. You can use one kind of bean. Though I never for that meals do not cook beans especially. Cooking them with the dish, cook them with stock. In the preparation of cream for the baskets I used olive Mayonnaise 67% TM Mahe.
Combine beans and mayonnaise in a bowl, mix well.
Grind in a blender until creamy, mayonnaise may need a little more. Crush the garlic and add to the cream. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the cream into two parts. One mix with paprika, another with hops-suneli. Salt may be added. Get a cream with a hint of pink and green.
Using confectionery syringe or any other suitable device, to fill the baskets on two sides with cream of different colors. Sprinkle with chopped greens (it is not only for beauty but also protects the starter from chapping) and put in capers. Capers lend its flavor to the baskets.
That's all. The cream can be prepared in advance, but to better fill the baskets just before serving. Moreover, it is a matter of minutes.
