Salad
Long sitting on the boy and that's decided on my first recipe. In our family, this salad for many years at the table all the time is popular.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Liver Turkey

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Walnuts

    30 g

Onion peel, cut into half rings and pour the marinade ( 1.5 tsp. salt + 2 tbsp sugar+ 2 tbsp vinegar ). Let sitting on the sidelines waiting in the wings.

Carrots peel, wash and grate on a coarse grater

Heat the frying pan, add 35ml of vegetable oil and fry the carrots. It should become brighter, but not soft.
