Cooking
Mix all dry ingredients (whole wheat flour can not be used, then just take 2 cups of wheat flour). Add the cold butter and chop or mash with your hands into fine crumbs. Add yogurt and mix well. The dough will be slightly sticky.
Put the dough on a floured table, knead lightly (heavily flour not to score!) and form a round loaf with a diameter of 15 cm. Put on a baking sheet, on parchment. Bread sprinkle through a strainer flour (1 tsp.), make incisions in the form of a cross with a depth of 1.5-2 cm
Bake until tender 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. The crust will be dry and hard, but when the bread has cooled, will become softer. Cool bread on wire rack. The bread can be sliced and frozen. Reheat in the microwave.
So fast and simple we get a delicious flavored bread!
