Cherry glaze on a bed of prunes

I used frozen cherries, pitted. First it must be defrosted, drain the separated juice into the Cup, blend it in a blender. To enhance the taste, you can add optional 10-15 pre-alcoholized cherries.

A mixture of washed and drained dried fruits grind in a blender with nuts and cocoa in sauce. Put the mass into a silicone form (I have size 9Х22 cm), leveled, compacted by hand, on top of smooth wet silicone spatula. Put it in the refrigerator.

To add the cherry purée 50 g sugar (I have cherry-the cherries were sweet, so adjust the amount of sugar in taste!). Cherry juice to pour to mashed potatoes, add 1.5 tsp. agar powder we pour on top, NOT STIRRED! Heat the pan on medium heat, during this time, the agar-agar swells, forming on the surface of the slurry. You stir, once the liquid comes to a boil, heat over low heat 2-3 minutes, occasionally stirring, until complete dissolution of agar-agar.

In a form prepared by the Foundation pour cooled down to 60-70 degrees With cherry puree, cool and refrigerate until further solidification. Remove from the mold dessert, cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
