Cooking
Stuffing (I have a home of pork) salt and pepper, mix with finely chopped onion and one egg.
Courgettes clean, slice lengthwise into thin slices and fry in hot oil. Spread on a napkin to glass excess oil.
Two eggs boil hard boiled, cool and cut in half.
Cut the ham into very thin slices.
On plastic wrap lay out the slices of ham. I have a 3x2, because the eggs were small caliber, if You have large eggs, it is better to put on three slices.
The whole area of ham spread a layer of stuffing.
Next comes a layer of zucchini.
Roll the dough and wrap them in our roll.
Spread on a baking sheet, brush with remaining egg and place in preheated oven at t 220°C for 30-40 minutes.
Ready to roll take out from the oven let cool slightly and cut into pieces. Bon appetit!!!
