The husband was about to return from work and I suddenly decided to whip up a salad. Gathered literally from what was at hand. The journey was quick and fairly sweet.

Cooking
Fresh peppers cut into strips with a width of 1-1,5 cm and then across into thin slices. Eggs cut into small cubes. Add the corn.
Fish clear from the skin and bones and not disassemble small pieces. A large part of the pieces aside for decoration, the rest to add to the salad.
Add potatoes cut into small cubes. With roasted pepper remove the peel and remove the seed chamber. Half cut into thin long strips for decoration, the rest cut into small squares and add to the salad.
And finally, add the greens and green onions.
All the ingredients mix well, add salt and pepper to taste, season with a small amount of mayonnaise. Lettuce leaves to tear into small pieces and spread on a flat plate. From above to put a hill salad mix. On top lay the pending pieces of fish. Garnish with roasted pepper strips, placing them in small groups and with parsley leaves.
If you are expecting guests, you can make the salad portion. On a plate put lettuce on it to install the molding ring and fill it with salad.
